***If you’re looking to take Driver Ed classroom with us, this form is NOT for you!

This form is for homeschooled students that where taught the 30 hour class by a parent at home, and you are now enrolling into behind the wheel training to obtain a blue slip and take the permit test!***

Step 1: Enroll in our program below.

Step 2: Make Payment of $390.00 for Behind the Wheel. You will be directed to make payment after you fill out the intake form below.

Step 3: Book a Permit Test on our website. Please upload your letter of completion by clicking HERE.

We charge $10.00 for the permit test. $20.00 for review/permit test.

Step 4: Pass permit test, drive 10 hours with a parent and or guardian before setting up your 1st Behind the Wheel.

NOTE: We will provide the blue card for you at the time of your permit test.

*If you receive a Forbidden Message, please do not pay a 2nd time. If you have concerns please check in with us.
